Ramadhan, Exam & Kueh Raya…..

Alhamdulillah, syukur yang tak terhingga kerana atas izinNya kita dapat bertemu sekali lagi dengan bulan mulia yang penuh berkat ini. Diam tak diam kita dah pun masuk fasa ke dua bulan mulia ini….. How time flies when you wanted it to past by slowly… Untuk kita yang beragama Islam, bulan ini memang sentiasa kita nantikan. Inilah peluang kita untuk meningkat segala amalan dan meraih sebanyak mungkin pahala yang memang Allah gandakan di bulan mulia ini. Bertarawih setiap malam, bertadarus dan memperbanyakkan sedekah adalah antara perkara lazim yang berlaku di bulan Ramadhan… Alangkah sayangnya jika kita melewati bulan mulia sama seperti bulan-bulan lain…..
My first two weeks of Ramadhan was really a challenging weeks for me and some of my friends. Hmm…Did I ever mentioned that I’m doing my Master degree now? Well, I’ve just finished my 3rd semester which means that I only have two semesters left to finish. Next semester will be another coursework semester (2 more subjects left..yippyyy :-)) and the other semester will be my dissertation semester… (fewwww….hope all goes well with my dissertation..or else I will have to extend another semester and extending another semester means extra fees to pay…..huhuhu)…
So, the first two weeks of Ramadhan which coincidentally was also my last two weeks of my 3rd semester…with all of the assignments to be completed and preparing for exam plus my kueh raya business…..what can I say…A chaotic two weeks….but, Alhamdulillah, despite the busyness, I still managed to do my terawih and only missed a few days and finally last Sunday, exam finished….yippyyyy…. and know I can concentrate on the pending things that I’ve put aside previously…
This year was my second year of doing Kueh Raya business… Alhamdulillah..the varieties are much more compared to last year and production are also better than last year…I got my kueh raya inspirations mostly from these two wonderful bloggers….Thank you to Kak Wan’s blog and Kak Ita’s blog for sharing so many wonderful recipes… Hope they will “halalkan” the shared recipe and they won’t mind me changing the names of the kueh….The changes of the name are due to some reasons. I didn’t do it because I want to claim ownership of the recipe…not at all ok…..
Sebagai penutup, jom jenguk jenis2 kueh raya tahun 2012 ni…InsyaAllah, di lain masa saya akan kongsikan resepi-resepinya…Tak pun, kalau nak try buat tahun ni, jenguk2la dua blog kat atas tu…macam2 resepi ada…
